For a customer to qualify for a store credit or exchange. He or She must provide Proof of following - Product was installed by a licsened haircare professional ,Sealing of the wefts, Following of Haircare tips for shampooing conditioning and proper treatment of the product.
Elite Hair comes with a 60 day after install warranty.( No Cash Refund For This Product)
The warranty covers any abnormal shedding,tangling and matting of the hair. That is the result of defective hair. Customer must provied proof that the product has been professional installed and that all Haircare tips have been followed.
1: Please keep a copy of the receipt of your professional install
2: Please keep receipts of the products your purchased from our HairCare page
3: Take pictures and text them to 786-608-4033 with your name and order number
4: You will be sent a return label, and return the hair and you will be issued a store credit to reorder if the product is deemed defective.
